My clients recently sold their home on Dorothy Dr. in Pleasant Hill for $1.06 million. They wanted to upgrade and add some more space, as they both work from home now. They ended up renting back for one month as they searched for a new home.
One thing they really wanted was peace and quiet, and their new home offers just that! They ended up buying on Mount Kennedy in Martinez, which offered them the space they needed (4 beds, 2.5 baths, as opposed to the 2/2 they had in Pleasant Hill) and a 3-car garage (no garage in Pleasant Hill!).



They will miss the deck and fruit trees and the airy dining area they had at their old home (pictured above), but the new backyard has a fantastic pool space that they are already enjoying (it was 102 degrees recently!). Even before they fully moved in, they were splashing around in the new pool. Life is good!
