Welcome! Are you interested in finding out more about the real estate market? If you would like to know more about Walnut Creek browse my site! You can search for properties, read testimonials and check out my blog. Whether you are looking for tips about real estate, what’s going on in the Walnut Creek Area, recommended service providers or answers to questions (real estate and Walnut Creek living-related), I’d love to hear from you.

Kristin Lanham has a passion for the community in which she lives. She’s been a Walnut Creek resident since 1990 and a Realtor since 2003. She has raised two boys who have both gone through the Walnut Creek/Acalanes School District, lives in the Parkmead community and is a board member of the Parkmead Community Association. She wants to help you obtain your desired real estate results by providing you with the truth about the market and negotiating on your behalf in a smart, professional, creative manner. As a full-time agent, in addition to Equity Sales, she has a breadth of experience with Bank Owned Properties and Short Sales. Her overall knowledge and experience can help you navigate market nuisances, by selling your home quickly for the highest value or helping you get into that home when multiple offers happen.

Kristin graduated with a BA in Business/Marketing from the University of Nevada Reno. She also studied in Vienna, and lived one year in Bamberg/Nuremberg, Germany. She moved back to her native city of San Francisco and worked for 12 years at Landor Associates, a design firm where she was a Sr. Project Manger and Director of Client Administration with an emphasis on finance. It was there that she acquired many valuable skills for the real estate arena.
