A big congratulations to Jamie, Ross, and family for closing on 707 Chives in Walnut Creek. We had spoken at the beginning of 2019 and they entertained moving out of state. Well, another baby came and they finally decided they wanted to move to Walnut Creek; they literally went to two homes and fell in love with Chives. Their timing was impeccable. Our market slowed down the last quarter and this beautiful home had been sitting on the market for 69 days, so they bought it for what the original owner paid two years ago!
The sellers had only lived in the house for 18 months and were transferred to New York. They had done many upgrades, finished the patio with stamped concrete and installed an electric car charging outlet in the garage. They are loving their home with tons of storage and living space with a two-car garage. The kids love the playground and being able to walk over to Tice Valley Park and even Rosie (the dog!) is enjoying her new digs!
